1. Order Processing & Shipping Times
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated Shipping Time: Standard international shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and local postal services.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number to follow your package.
2. All Sales Are Final (No Returns or Cancellations)
No Cancellations: Because orders are submitted automatically to our fulfillment network upon purchase, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
No Returns / Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective during transit, we’ve got you covered:

Include your order number and clear photos/videos showing the damage or issue.
Once verified, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a store credit.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
‼️Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer or for items held/delayed by local customs.‼️
